I have been trying for several days to retrain the ARM6 Major Reversal strategy on a new list. I have tried SP 100 and US Stocks with weekly options so far. I’m following suggested changes for 3-4 hits per symbol and all other settings are left the same as the provided GA.
Another very frustrating thing is that every time I have retrained on a new list, the results are invariably worse than using the Nirvana provided GA and just running that on my own list.
I am unable to get any rules at all on GA1 and very few on the other two GA’s. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
